The Women Presidents’ Organization Expands to Northern Virginia

The Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) – a peer advisory organization for million dollar plus women-led companies – launched a Northern Virginia chapter in McLean, VA on Wednesday, February 6. The launch kicked off with a reception at Wells Fargo’s local headquarters and featured a roundtable conversation on the WPO’s signature problem solving techniques, led by WPO Founder and President Marsha Firestone, Ph.D. “I’m honored to launch the Northern Virginia Chapter,” said Chapter Chair Renee Lewis, President, Pensare Group. “I’m always amazed at the collective wisdom in a room of WPO women, and how much they get out of sharing their experiences. In less than two hours, I’ve seen the women find viable, practical solutions to address lingering, age-old problems. It’s an incredibly productive formula proven to produce highly effective outcomes.”Firestone also expressed her enthusiasm for the WPO’s expansion into Northern Virginia. “The WPO is pleased to launch a chapter in Northern Virginia,” she said. “I am confident this chapter of powerful women will help the region’s women business leaders accelerate  the growth of their businesses through peer support from women like themselves and promote economic security for themselves and their employees.“ Interested women business leaders should contact Chapter Chair Kathy Pedrotti Hays, who can be reached at Kathy@sociallegends.com or 404-881-1061, for more information about membership.
