Lauren is the creator & founder of The Lion’s Den – a community-driven & operated organization dedicated to inclusion and creating spaces for people to freely express themselves. The Lion’s Den provides weekly dance classes, monthly sessions and opportunities to perform and serve in the local community.
Lauren has 11 years of experience in dance education and community building. She is a 360° wellness advocate and performance artist in the DC metropolitan area empowering people through various modalities including dance, yoga, barre & meditation.
