What I find special about being an entrepreneur in the DMV is how easy it is to find and speak to people, no matter where they are and in all walks of life. It's so important as business owners to find our brand voice and the DMV makes it so much easier to paint that relatable picture because we're surrounded by people who genuinely just want to buy from inclusive and authentic businesses that represent the diverse cultures of the area.

As the President of an exhibit services company that works many trade shows in the DMV, I’ve gained unique insight into what makes this area so lucrative for business. The Washington DC area attracts a global business audience, making it a prime location to network and close deals. Many different sectors and fields have a strong presence in the DMV. These include political, economic, and government entities, as well as healthcare, technology, and aerospace industries. It’s a major hub on the East Coast close to several big cities, and its top-notch facilities, tourist attractions, and cultural landmarks cement it as a consistently desirable destination.
