Pollo Campero, founded in Guatemala in 1971, is looking to open its first Richmond location at the Buford Shopping Center. Linger Rose, an online store that peddles a selection of designer purses, has leased a storefront at 2709 E. Marshall St. I-Thai and Sushi Bar plans to open an authentic Thai restaurant and sushi bar at 3003 M St. NW, the former home of Garrett's. Santorini Greek and Italian Cuisine received preliminary approval for a liquor license Thursday, and its owner said he hopes to open the establishment soon. Amsterdam Falafelshop is the first tenant at the newly renovated Market House. Fairfax City's newest salon, Salon Simis, promises customers you can find everything you need to make you beautiful, all under one roof.
